How you can help
The City Council appeal hearing is November 10. A short email is welcome, even if you have already signed the petition or written before. If you can, add a firsthand observation, a relevant professional insight, or a specific question you want answered.
1. Attend November 10
The appeal is before the San Marcos City Council. The city usually posts the agenda about 72 hours before the meeting, so the start time is not on this page yet. RSVP and we will send what you need to prepare.

Ask that your comment be included in the appeal record.
- If you lived here during an evacuation, share what you saw and what worries you now.
- If you or close family lost a home in a fire, share that experience.
- If you know the safety issues, name the one you want answered. The project page has the height, setback, and unit details.

3. Sign the petition
Signing the petition does not add you to the Consider SEH Voices email list. To get updates from the group, email ConsiderSEHVoices@gmail.com and ask to be included.

4. Volunteer or share expertise
If you are an engineer, a traffic specialist, a firefighter or emergency responder, a lawyer, or another subject specialist, we need your help.

5. Help with printing and outreach
